For the Leisure & Business Sales function in Algeri, we are looking for a: Sales Ticketing Agent

Job Purpose

Manage individual and groups bookings and assist customers in our Algiers ticketing office as well as developing existing relationships.

Main Tasks

• Manage individual/group/corporate bookings and assist customers in our Algeri ticketing office. Issue, modify and refund airline tickets through reservation systems. Manage bookings and assist customers throughout the entire purchasing process. Provide updated information on fares, routes, availability and promotions. Handle and resolve issues related to reservations or ticketing.
• Client Relationship Management. Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with clients to strengthen company market positioning.
• Identify New Business Opportunities. Identify new business opportunities within the daily activity and make recommendations to Sales Manager for additions to portfolio.
• In-house Administration, Analysis and Reporting. Carry out administrative duties as required (clients queries and calls, expense & attendance forms, etc).
• Training and company representation. Help organizing product training and workshop to key agents and/or corporate clients covering  all aspects related to pricing, products and services (in person, online and email updates).

Type of Employment offered

• The right to live and work in Algeria.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, one of the major reservation systems.
• Consolidated experience in similar position.
• Excellent command of French, good english and Arabic. Italian would be a strong plus.
• Interpersonal Skills – Successful relationship building across all levels & cultures.
