For the Leisure & Business Sales function in Tunis, we are looking for a: Sales Ticketing Agent
Job Purpose
Manage individual and groups bookings and assist customers in our Tunis ticketing office as well as developing existing relationships.
Main Task
- Manage individual/group/corporate bookings and assist customers in our Tunis ticketing office. Issue, modify and refund airline tickets through reservation systems. Manage bookings and assist customers throughout the entire purchasing process. Provide updated information on fares, routes, availability and promotions. Handle and resolve issues related to reservations or ticketing.
- In-house Administration, Analysis and Reporting. Carry out administrative duties as required (clients queries and calls, expense & attendance forms, sales reports etc). Additionally, collaborate when needed with the Sales Manager for the preparation of support sales materials.
Education/Professional Background
- The right to live and work in Tunisia.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, one of the major reservation systems.
- Consolidated experience in similar position.
- Excellent command of French, good english and Arabic. Italian would be a strong plus.
- Interpersonal Skills – Successful relationship building across all levels & cultures.
- Communication & Impact – Ability to ensure ITA Airways is heard and remembered as a reliable and competitive player in a constantly evolving market.
- Responsibility & Initiative – Time management and self-motivation to deliver every day.
